Visiting the website

When this website is visited, the server on which it is stored processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page if the browser transmits it.

This is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data.

Server logs are deleted after 8 days at the latest.

Contact by email or phone

Anyone who contacts us by email or phone shares details such as name, contact details and the content of the enquiry. We process them to answer the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The details are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact and enquiry forms

Anyone who writes to us using a form on this website transmits the details entered there, such as name, email address, phone number if given, and the message, together with the page the enquiry comes from. The details are sent encrypted to the form service of our web agency and forwarded to us. The web agency acts on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

We process the details to answer the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Directions with OpenStreetMap

For directions we use map data from OpenStreetMap. If a location map is shown, it was drawn when the website was built and is stored as an image on our server; no data is sent to OpenStreetMap when the page is visited.

Only a click on “Plan route” opens openstreetmap.org in a new window. The privacy policy of the OpenStreetMap Foundation then applies.

No cookies, no third-party content

This website does not set cookies for analysis or advertising. Fonts and images are stored on our own server; no content is loaded from third-party servers when the site is visited.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

There is also the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
