Sustainability as part of our responsibility

For us, taking responsibility means acting sustainably: with clear goals, transparent structures and measurable results.

For us, sustainability is a conscious attitude. We do not just want to talk about it, we want to make a difference. That is why we take a systematic approach across the three ESG areas: environment, social and governance.

Good intentions alone are not enough for us. We rely on clear goals, transparent structures and independent assessments, and we build sustainability into our daily decisions.

  • Environment: saving resources
  • Social: fair working conditions
  • Governance: ethics and compliance

Ethics and compliance, firmly embedded

So that you can rely on us at all times, ethics and compliance are firmly embedded in our structures. For us, integrity means acting according to clear rules: in IT, in data protection and in how we work together. This is how we ensure transparency, security and fairness.

  • ISO 27001

Certification of our information security management system.

  • Clear policies

Against corruption, bribery and data protection breaches.

  • Risk assessments

Regular assessment of information security risks.

  • Data protection

Customer and employee data is protected against unauthorised access and disclosure.

  • Whistleblower system

    For internal and external stakeholders.

Environment: saving resources, increasing impact

We organise our work to be efficient and to save resources:

  • We reduce energy consumption at our locations.
  • We use energy-efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Our offices run on 100% green electricity.
  • We carry out regular energy audits and optimise our office space.
  • We develop modular open source solutions with a focus on energy efficiency.
  • We promote sustainable mobility, for example with JobRad bike leasing and the Deutschlandticket.

Sustainability needs substance

We see sustainability as a corporate responsibility and make it measurable. Our initiatives follow recognised standards and can be assessed against independent criteria: for real impact instead of empty promises.
